29-year-old Nikita Tikhonov and 24-year-old Eugene Khasis are accused according to Art. 105 “murder of two or more persons”, Interfax reported.
Today has been announced that Nikita Tikhonov and Eugenia Khasis are suspected of involvement in the murder of the Azerbaijani student Ruslan Khalilov who appeared in the case called "Black Hawks". “Black Hawks", native from the Caucasus, attacked teenagers suspected of involvement in the nationalist groups.
According to Rosbalt, in October of this year participants of "Black Hawks" were sentenced by Dorogomilovsky court to a term of four to seven years in prison. However Khalilov was shot by unknown September 3, 2009 in Moscow.
